Simple Users are private individuals (but also professionals who use the Website for purposes other than professional ones, therefore for private use) and are defined as such for the use of the Website with the objective of viewing the company’s services; only to these do consumer protection regulations apply prevalently.

Professional Users are companies operating in the sector of competence of the Owner that use the Website to learn about the Owner’s services.

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the Website, to the notices published anywhere on the Website, at any time. At the time of consultation, the User must always refer, as the current version, to the published text.

Ms. Sofie Sillis is the exclusive owner of the Website contents, including by way of example and without limitation texts, news, photos, videos, sounds, trademarks, logos, domain names, software applications, graphic layouts, technical documentation and manuals, videos, etc.) and the related rights are reserved as well as protected by copyright and other applicable laws protecting intellectual property. For any third-party content displayed on the Website, the Owner will also display the source and any similar reference to its author/owner. The contents may be consulted and used only for informational, non-commercial purposes and may therefore not be altered, copied, reproduced, transmitted, modified or otherwise used for derivative works or other commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Website Owner.

No content of the Website may be considered or interpreted as licensed by the Owner or as the subject of any other right of use by Users and/or third parties.

Only linking to the “Homepage” of the Website by third parties is permitted. In no event is so-called "deep linking" permitted without the prior written authorization of the Owner. The Owner shall endeavour to publish information on the Website that is as accurate, complete and up to date as possible. However, no guarantee is hereby provided that the use of the information does not infringe third-party rights, nor that it is free from errors, accurate, complete and/or up to date. Under no circumstances may the Owner be held liable for any negative consequence, damage and/or loss arising from and/or connected with the use of the Website or of the information contained therein.

We assume no liability whatsoever regarding losses or damages of any kind connected with the use of the Website or with hyperlinks (links) leading to third-party websites. The use of the Services is limited exclusively to persons over 18 years of age. In order to use the Service, minors must have previously obtained permission from parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be responsible for all acts carried out through the Website by minors entrusted to them.

TITLE IV - INDICATIONS ON THE INDIVIDUAL AREAS OF THE WEBSITE

This area allows the User to send requests for information or room availability to Casa di Sofia through the form.

It is not permitted to use a false email address or pretend to be another person.

TITLE V – APPLICABLE LAW

The policies of our website, including these Terms, shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without prejudice to exceptions concerning territorial jurisdiction and consumer protection regulations. 

The competent Court is Asti (Italy), except for the consumer who may choose the court of the EU Member State in which they are domiciled.
